Solid show
@Franklin's Towel --
Which other one?
Nice Iko Iko from back when it wasn't common and the crowd really freaked over it. Nice Women are Smarter, too. Really -- it gets some kind of cool jams going.
Sugaree is the thing here though. Jerry gets a kind of unusual and pretty unique riff going toward the end and Bob picks it up nicely. Worked for me.

plenty of 82ude
this does have some nice playing, bobby seems to be in a funny mood, (before estimated: "well, if this doesn't work, then I don't know") especially in the skewed but interesting version of the other one. if you listen to one song here listen to the other one

Get the AUD
Well, I am not a SBD fan at all. I just came here to see reviews for this show.
The show is incredible - IMO the AUDs are where it is at.
The SBDs (particularly of this era) are dry, sterile and lifeless.
This is a fantastic show
Peggy O, Tennessee, Mama>Mexicali (out of control!) & a very beautiful Stella are all highlights.
I am a very discriminating GD listener - this is in my top 10. A wonderful show from a wonderful year
I'd do 5 for an AUD.
5 for performace only lowered based on this source

Pretty good, but no more
I just don't hear it. I've written "Jerry is on fire" in a lot of reviews, but not here. He's not bad, though.
The vocals are just okay. Jerry's okay, but Bob is slurring words. The playing is competent, but it's just not as tight as many shows from earlier and later years.
Bird Song and Sugaree are highlights of this show. I also like Deal.
They run out of steam by the Other One. Satisfaction is tedious.

Thanks to CM this show is as good as I remember
A show I attended from my early days and one that comes alive with this crisp, excellenet Charlie Miller treatment.
Standouts include a very pretty PEGGY-O, a swift but brilliantly jammed BIRDSONG, a seriously fun T-JED in which Jerry is very strong vocally and a standardly hot DEAL to end the set.
Set Two features a SUGAREE so good i'm surprised it hasn't received more attention, some nice if not spectacular versions of ESTIMATED and UJB, and a VERY pretty STELLA BLUE.
Sugar Mag is hot but it's the AUD source...not terrible, but a bit of a downer after the excellent SBD. Well worth collecting.

Jerry on Fire!
This is my first review, I browse & listen to Dead shows all the time, this show was so good I had to give it 5 stars. Jerry is playing amazing guitar & the band is totally tight. A rare show full of energy!

Jerry in Good Form
A reallly nice Spring tour that year, with incredible shows in Philly, New York, Baltimore, Hartford - the band was on fire. This soundboard is crisp and has a great drum sound, Phil is well into the mix and as advertised Jerry is in the groove.
5 stars for an excellent 1982 soundboard.

MY FIRST SHOW!!!
So happy to hear this in high quality. My first show-got a seat on the floor, row 16, for twenty bucks. Was in awe with the whole scene and, of course the band. Magical for me to see Jerry and the boys. Will never forget Jerry's guitar sound on Estimated. Of course I am giving five stars for this one for reasons stated. I remember this as being about the time Jerry changed his position on the stage. Being 14 years old, and it being the Dead, had to talk my folks into letting me go. Just a twenty minute drive-my friend's mom drove us to and fro. All on the floor standing
on their seats to see the boys, myself included.
I also remember sneaking in a Walkman-of-sorts to tape. Needless to say, not so good, but did capture interesting sounds and conversations my friends and I had, including the imbibing of aromatic substances. Great memories of my initiation into the scene.Nice to hear it again in such fine form.
